An Executive Committee meeting of PALPA was held at 1500 hours on 9th October 2014 on a one point Agenda “As per clause 5.3.1 of PALPA Constitution, Capt. Suhail Baluch and Capt. T. M. Rabbani were called to prove the accusations as mentioned in their No Confidence Motion”.
An opportunity was provided to the proposer (Capt. Suhail Baluch,P-No. 45649) and the seconder (Capt. T. M. Rabbani, P-No. 48975) to appear before the Executive Committee as per above mentioned clause of PALPA Constitution to prove their allegations via letters No. PALPA/P/381/194 & PALPA/P/479/195 dated 2nd October 2014 respectively.
Both Capt. Suhail Baluch and Capt. T. M. Rabbani failed to appear before the Executive Committee at the appointed time.
Since both Proposer and Seconder did not avail the opportunity provided to them under the PALPA Constitution, hence the NO CONFIDENCE MOTION against the Executive Committee stands ‘defeated’.
