As per the resolution passed in the AGM dated 30th May 2015, no PALPA member will operate any scheduled flight (without any training) with a contract pilot. Any PALPA member who operates a flight with any contract pilot, his/her PALPA membership shall be suspended.
Keeping in view welfare aspect and expeditious training, instructor pilots have been hired on contract from Shaheen Air and Air Blue as per clause 4.7 of PALPA-PIAC Working Agreement 2011-2013, ONLY to conduct line training of our pilots.
However, any flight (with or without training) is not to be operated with a daily wages pilot.
It is further emphasized that ANY form of flight with Capt. K. R. Khan, who has been hired in violation of clauses 4.7 & 5.5.6, is not to be operated by any PALPA member.
All A-320 instructors are requested to inform PALPA if their flights are planned without a trainee during this period.
