The Audit for the year ending June 30, 2012 was carried out by A.F. Ferguson & Co. as approved by the AGM dated 18th February 2012.
The said audit was presented to the AGM held in Islamabad dated 4th November 2013 and was approved unanimously.
Few of our members, still had queries regarding the amount of PKR 59,276,482/- and PKR 38,157,261/- against details of operating assets. It is saddening that the said members were trying to malign the Executive Committee as if the said amount was some sort of cash and is missing.
We requested M/s. A.F. Ferguson & Co. to kindly explain the details of the said amounts in easy English so that the said members are satisfied and stop rumour mongering. It is further requested to all members that members of Executive Committee are elected by the entire membership and they should be given their due respect and any member talking against the Executive Committee without any concrete evidence should not be entertained.
The letter received from M/s. A. F. Ferguson is attached for ready reference and for the satisfaction of those, mentioned above.
