Reference our Notice dated 13th January 2015 regarding the above mentioned subject.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on 28th February 2015, under clause 5.1.3. of The Constitution of PALPA, is being postponed as M/s. Ferguson has shown its inability to complete the PALPA/PALPA House Audit for the financial year ended 30th June 2014, due difficulties in reconciling the previous records.
A new date will be communicated to the members as soon as we receive the Audit Report from the Auditor.
