Reference is made to PCAA ANO No. 91.0012 dated 7th April 2011, Issue- Five and PALPA-PIAC Working Agreement 2011-2013.
Keeping flight safety paramount, all PALPA members are requested to seek permission from PALPA to operate any flight if prior notice by scheduling is less than 12 hours.
This is important to mention the above said is a mandatory requirement by PCAA ANO and PALPA-PIAC Working Agreement 2011-2013 at reference.
